Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Our store is based in Vietnam and this website is for international orders (all orders outside Vietnam).
We will prepare your order and ship within 3-7 business days after your payment. You will receive a confirmation email instantly after you place an order! Please check your promotion folder if you didn't receive one. (New Collections will take longer to prepare than usual as it may take up to 14 days).
Once your order has been shipped (usually 7 days after your order is confirmed), we will email you the tracking number. If you did not receive an email with tracking details or have questions, please feel free to contact us via our Instagram: summerfling.accessories.
We also include customs and duties for you so you don't have to worry about it! Please allow 7-14 business days after shipping for delivery.
So, the total time from order to successful delivery will be 10-21 days. If you plan to buy as a gift, please calculate the delivery time in advance. We do not want you to miss an important occasion 😭

We offer our customers a 14-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused.
1. For problematic returns, such as defective ones, you can request a replacement or refund with picture and video proof.
2. For returns without problematic issues, we only offer store credit.
To start a return, you can contact us via our Instagram: summerfling.accessories. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for shipping fees if it is a non-problematic return.
We recommend you send back any returns using a signed postal service. Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 14 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please also note that if the customer decides to ship the item back, we are currently unable to cover the return shipping cost, but we are working hard to collaborate with logistics partners to cover the return shipping cost.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items:
- Earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.
- Items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.
